This project follows the exchanges with the young people where evocations to the birds have often appeared.
They have built more than 35 nesting boxes, which, along with the Rhone, are on the trajectory of migratory birds. So these young migrants, waiting for housing, made shelters for migratory birds. This metaphorical parallel reminds us that migration is a natural phenomenon. Like birds, man has always migrated. Palaeontologists believe that Homo sapiens owes its survival to its ability to migrate. This enabled him to respond to the glaciations and heat wave of the last hundred thousand years. People continue to migrate for different reasons, depending on the region. Few things change, except our apprehension and political decisions.
On the banks of the Rhone are two large metallic structures. One is on the water, an empty aviary inhabited by the sky. The other invites passers-by to stop, settle and listen to the voices of Abasse, Ahmed, Ahmed Yes Al Assane, Baba, Baba Sadou, Dragana, Gaoussou D, Gaoussou, Ibrahim, Idrissa, Inza, Ismael, Lancei, Marius, Massaliou, Moussa, Noumory, Ouili, Ousmane, Siriki, Sofia, Momo
